It doesn't have to be complicated, it doesn't have to be expensive. You can stage a residence to sell quickly if you can make the space look clean, pretty, warm and cozy with a happy family vibe.
Take the time to clear anything personal, declutter, do a thorough clean, keep only the essential pieces and get rid of excess furniture and decor pieces. Make sure there are clear passage ways, and a nice flow. At this stage, you might need to invest in some fresh bedding, towels and linen, some accessories, flowers, and plants (better fresh). You can get the help from a designer for the whole process or just to help you accessories. This is a sample of what I did lately, with some furniture pieces from the owner and some new pieces the owner invested in, to later use in their new home.
